By subscribing to Xodrix, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Billing

Xodrix operates on a prepaid subscription model, billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.

All charges are in AUD unless otherwise specified

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle

You can view, manage, or cancel your plan anytime via your Xodrix dashboard

2. Free Trials

If your plan includes a free trial:

You will not be charged until the trial period ends

At the end of the trial, your selected payment method will be billed automatically unless cancelled before that time

Trials are limited to one per organisation unless approved by Xodrix

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Logging into your dashboard and navigating to Billing > Manage Plan

Or contacting our team at [email protected]

When you cancel:

Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle

You will not be charged again, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time

4. Refunds

As Xodrix is a digital subscription service, we do not offer automatic refunds for unused time, change of mind, or unintentional renewals.

However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

You experienced platform downtime or service failure (unrelated to your own systems)

You were wrongfully charged or encountered a billing error

You were unable to access core features due to a verified technical issue

All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

Refund approvals are at Xodrix’s sole discretion and are typically processed within 10 business days.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a service has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation.

6. Changes to Plans or Pricing

We may adjust pricing or features of any plan with at least 14 days' notice via email or dashboard

You will have the opportunity to review and cancel before any changes take effect
