1. Who Can Use Xodrix

2. Account Registration & Access

When you create an account:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information

You are responsible for all activity under your account

You must not share your login credentials with others

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

You remain responsible for your users and sub-accounts (if any) created under your organisation.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Xodrix to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Send spam, malware, or abusive content

Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform performance

Use the system for fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Xodrix operates on a subscription-based model (monthly or annually)

All pricing is displayed in AUD unless stated otherwise

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments via your selected method

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, code, and branding on the Xodrix platform are owned by or licensed to Xodrix.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code

Use Xodrix’s trademarks or branding without permission

We respect others’ IP rights — if you believe we’ve infringed your work, contact [email protected]

6. Data & Privacy

By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process data.

As a User, you are responsible for:

The data you upload into the system (e.g. client contacts, forms)

Ensuring your use complies with privacy and data laws (e.g. the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth))

Providing your clients or users with their own privacy notices if required

We offer tools for exporting, securing, and deleting data at your request.

7. Data Storage & Security

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but:

Xodrix may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages

We make no guarantees around uninterrupted access

We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, bugs, or system errors

You agree to back up any critical content and notify us immediately if a major issue occurs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

Xodrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss

Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months

We are not responsible for data loss, unauthorised access, or misuse by third parties

You use Xodrix at your own risk and should ensure our platform meets your specific business needsy.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms

You fail to pay fees

Your use poses a security or legal risk

Upon termination:

Your access is revoked

Your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:

We’ll revise the “Last Updated” date

We may notify you via email or in-platform notification

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or in a court of competent jurisdiction in Australia.
